Youth White - 0, East Haven A - 19
After a slow start, the Guilford boys began to find their footing. Despite trailing by 13-0, the Guilford offense really took control of the game from late in the second quarter on. The running of Nick (Sunshine) Poretta and Ben Currier keyed a second half in which the East Haven offense ran just 4 offensive plays. The offensive running attack was led by strong blocking by Anthony Avallone, AJ Moscato and Steve Napoli. Unfortunately, the offense was unable to convert this into points and the game ended 19-0.
